Why are northern dominicans being ignored?

almost everyone in the north is either white, light skin, or brown. but rarely black. blacks up here only live on the coast, finding one is rare. in the SOUTH it is the opposite they are mostly BLACKS. ask any black dominican from which part of DR they are from, and they will tell you a place in the south. I am from the north and Im tired of my people being ignored, DR is not black. get over it, is santiago black? is hipolito mejia black?(google him) huh? stop claiming dominicans, we do not like to see black from the south in the north!
