What Movie is This? (LIFETIME?)?

Okay, so I saw this movie years ago and im pretty sure it was on lifetime...but there was a little girl who lived with her mom, dad, and I think her older brother, but the little girl and her mom and brother were held captive by the mean father and abused (i remember the dad imitating a vicious dog just to scare her) but her and her mom escaped then I think the little girl lived in some kind of institution where doctors and investigators tried to help her be normal. I CANT REMEMBER THE MOVIE TITLE AND TS DRIVING ME NUTTSSS!
