Is this just a phase my daughter is going through?

My daughter is 19 months old. The past week or so, she freaks out whenever I try to take off her shirt. As soon as I grab the sleeve to pull her arm through it, she instantly starts crying and trying to reach for me as if im going to take her shirt off and leave. She doesn't cry when I take off her shoes, socks, pants, or diaper. It's just taking off her shirt. She has never reacted this way before. I think it might be because she went to the dr last week and they had me remove her clothes to weigh her. But she has been to the dr plenty of times with regular check-ups and shots and each time I have had to remove her clothes to weigh her and she has never reacted this way afterwards. Has this ever happened to any of your children before?
